山東小餅 The Small Biscuits of Shandong
Step 1: 用發粉發麵 &揉麵
Step 2: 擀成長條型 加入鹽、油、青蔥
Step 3:從邊緣捲起來
Step 4: 將捲好的麵團圍成一圓型餅
Step 5: 放入油鍋,加水蓋鍋煎

Step 6:兩面焦黃就可起鍋
Step 7: cheese 口味山東小餅,外脆內軟
